Allergen notice: Please note that our chocolates are produced in a facility that handles dairy, soy, nuts, eggs, and other potential allergens.
Payment: We are currently using PayPal as our payment processor of choice. Please excuse us as we update our payment system. Please contact us via email on the Special Orders page. When we receive your order, we will process it and send you an invoice via PayPal, where you will be directed to a secure server for payment. Please contact us if you prefer an alternate payment choice.
Shipping information: Due to heat, we do not ship chocolates from mid-May through mid-September. If you'd like to purchase chocolates during that time, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to discuss chilled and express shipping options.
We ship via United States Postal Service as well as UPS, depending on the speed of delivery, weight and size of package. Let us select the best means of shipping your order to you.
Shipping rates: Shipping rates are based on total purchase before sales tax for each shipping address. Sales tax is applicable for sales in Wisconsin only. Standard Shipping takes 3-9 business days, not including time for creation of your chocolate treats. Priority Shipping takes 2-3 business days after creation of your order.
